Best JobFinder brings the whole job search into one app, from finding a job to getting an offer. It collects listings from 18 sources, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Wellfound, Greenhouse, RemoteOK and WeWorkRemotely, removes duplicates, and shows everything in one table. You rate your skills and set how much each one matters, and every job gets a match score, so you can focus on roles that fit. For each job, the AI tailors your CV and cover letter to the posting and shows an ATS keyword analysis with matched and missing skills before you approve it. Five templates are included. The browser extension auto-fills application forms on Workday, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Easy Apply, Indeed, Dice and more, using answers you save once. A live overlay lets you pause at any time, and an audit log records every field and click. You can set auto-submit rules per platform and by minimum match score. Applications are tracked on a Kanban board, and confirmation and rejection emails from your inbox are matched to the right job. Interview preparation and an AI career coach help you get ready for the next step. Best JobFinder is available as a web app, a Chrome extension, and a desktop app for Windows and macOS.
